Being such a huge investment, we shopped around and narrowed our choice to three suppliers, each of whom visited our home to provide their opinions and quotes for a significant scope (67m of soffits, facias, gutters and down pipes, three doors, and fifteen windows). The advice and quotes varied across all three suppliers, but after visiting show rooms and holding several discussions with each, it was clear that CR Windows not only had quality products, but were also the most consistent in their pricing and professional in approach. The works were carried out over a couple of weeks, after the scaffold was erected - Mark and Dean did an excellent job. Both were professional, friendly, courteous, took time to engage us by answering our questions, and worked with us to ensure all went smoothly - nothing was too much trouble for them. After the installation, CR Windows allowed us plenty of time to inspect the work, and the handful of snags we found were remedied without quibble (which included replacing three windowpanes that had very minor defects). I thoroughly recommend CR Windows – they are very professional, very competitive, install good quality products, and provide a good quality of service.

Found the displays in showroom gave us the choice and the sales staff  were very helpful. Installation was as scheduled and end result is perfect. After sales support also been good. A month after install, we unfortunately had a fault with lock, but a fitter came and sorted same day.

My new front door was fitted within four weeks and keeps my hall substantially warmer.  Very happy to recommend CR Windows.  Thank you to the salesman who found the right door to match the original door design as closest as possible; the surveyor who was able to source the correct cill for the property, and thank you to the fitter for his outstanding fitting, no mess, no damage. I had 2.5 metre double patio doors installed in my garden flat by CR Windows and I am so happy with the service and the doors and would highly recommend this company. I got quite a few quotes, mostly the prices were similar but CR Windows offered a service like no other. They take each and every job personally, making you feel really important. I had a thorough consultation with various options to choose from a variety of materials and styles. I could then choose a design and was able to not only change the design but also help to tailor the design to fit the space, style and my budget. Onsite they were fast, no mess and super friendly and capable. Post job I have had excellent customer service from Amy and Shawn with any questions I had or help I needed.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a bifold installed. The glass inside has been left with smear marks so cannot be cleaned and today the door won’t lock. Only after 1 week!! Ive called the office twice and no reply. Quite disappointed to be honest given this is a premium priced product. Update: a few weeks later all was resolved. Staffing issues over the holiday season caused a delay. Product is very good to be fair.
