This project exemplifies how a simple yet smart update can significantly enhance a home’s appearance. Opting for crisp white casement window frames provides a clean contrast against the brick exterior, giving the entire home a refreshed, polished look. A seamless blend of traditional charm and contemporary design through tall narrow windows – a popular trend to look out for as we enter 2025 – was achieved.

Bold Black Window Installation for a Striking Modern Look
In contrast, this white home underwent a complete style transformation with a comprehensive window upgrade, featuring the installation of sleek black frames throughout the property. In the case of this property, the dark frames add a bold contrast against the home’s exterior, creating a striking visual appeal that feels both contemporary and timeless. In addition to enhancing the property’s character, the new windows frame each view beautifully, adding depth and sophistication to every room.
The newly installed bespoke bay window is the centrepiece of the project, not only giving the living space the lighting it deserves but also providing the customer with an extended exterior space. The final result of this project is a home that stands out with refined elegance and modern flair.

This customer wanted to bridge the gap between their indoor and outdoor space to bring more light into their open-plan kitchen and living area. The end result speaks for itself. Stylish and expansive open bifold doors were installed, with dark frames that add a sleek, contemporary touch to the home. The larger glass panes let in an abundance of natural light, instantly brightening the interior to create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor space.
Not only are these bifold doors aesthetically pleasing, but they offer a unique twist by opening in both directions, providing flexible access and enhancing the home’s functionality. As previously mentioned, dark-framed windows are only growing in popularity, and for good reason – lending a bold, modern edge to properties with a variety of architectural styles.
